You can email or WhatsApp the image of the wrong item to the customer service team so the right item can be shipped out without any delay.
Cancellations can be completed by contacting our Customer Service team via email or WhatsApp before the shipment left our warehouse. If the shipment has already left our warehouse, we won’t be able to cancel the order.

No, we do not take card payments if you have opted for cash on delivery. The payment needs to be done in cash.
